Shipping & Delivery
All items take about 24 - 48hrs to process before shipping, excluding weekends.
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 11AM PST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 11AM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification.
Natural Thing Skin Care does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

All orders ship with delivery confirmations which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the carrier. Please note that we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. We do not currently offer Saturday shipping.
Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.
Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier and passed directly on to you. We do not add any handling or administrative fees to the shipping costs. What you pay is exactly what we pay to the carrier.
We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if your package is delivered when you are not home. Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling charges that are incurred if a package is refused or returned because no one was able to accept it.
Keeping everything NATURAL we do not use synthetic stabilizers. As a result, our delicate natural products packaged in glass and plastic jars are sensitive to temperature changes.
With the temperature rising , products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks and mailboxes. We use more protective packaging in the heat of summer, so most products do make their journey safely.As you will notice a higher shipping prices during this time of the year.
Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery.
In the event you receive your order and its is melted...
A melted product is not a bad product...I promise.
Leave your product at room temperature for a couple hours or pop it in the fridge or freezer for a bit and it'll go back to solid. It may look a little different but it will still be the same super nourishing balm. It will still go on easily, sink in quickly and leave your skin feeling and smelling amazing.
For Scrubs place in freezer for 45 mins and then remove and give a good stir and they are ready for use!
